Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.12309 of 2014 dated 08.01.2020, this Contempt Petition is filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent submitted that separate Writ Appeals were preferred by the petitioner and the respondent and the same is pending.

3. Recording the said submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to reopen the Contempt after the disposal of the Writ Appeal.
