O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed as against the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasendur, to take the final report on file in Crime No.271 of 2023.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent police had filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasendur, through e-filing No.CC000052 and the same is not taken on file so far.

3.This Court is of the view that it is not known whether the final report has been filed in order. The respondent police shall ensure that the final report has been filed in order. The trial Court is also directed to take the final report on file within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if it is otherwise in order.

4.With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
