Respondents Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to pass the order in the Revision Petition dated 22.06.2011 in the light of the Judgment fo Sub Judge Valliyoor in O.S. No. 20 of 2011 dated 11.04.2014 and make necessary correction in Patta pass book and consequently grant Patta to the Petitioner within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court may deem fit. ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that even after the Civil Court decree rendered in favour of him, the respondents have not effected correction in his patta, as per the patta pass book Act.

2. Mr.S.Chandrasekarn, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents.

3. Once the Civil Court has given a favourable verdict, there may not much impediment for the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner. Therefore, the respondent is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.06.2011, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
