PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent police to register a FIR in the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.06.2018 in accordance with law.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, directing the second respondent police to register a FIR in the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.06.2018 in accordance with law. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been enquired and the petitioner has also given an assurance that she has produced the necessary documents as requested by the respondent police. But the petitioner has not turned up for enquiry and therefore, the said complaint is closed.

3.In response to the aforesaid submission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner co-operates with the enquiry and produces the necessary documents before the respondent police.

4.In the view of the aforesaid undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 30.07.2018 and thereafter, the respondent police shall complete the enquiry, within a period of one week.
