RESPONDENT Civil Revision Petition is filed under article 227 of the constitution of India, praying this Honourable Court seeking speedy disposal of the Petition in E.P.No.12 of 2015 in Lok Adalath Award No. 60282/2013 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Srivilliputhur to within a time stipulated.

ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Courtdated 02.02.2016 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur vide the letter in D.No. 2967 of 2018 dated 26/09/2018 and upon none appearing of the petitioner, this court made the following order:- By order dated 02.02.2016, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of E.P.No.12/2015, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.2967 dated 26.04.2019, whereby, stating some reasons, it requested further time of six months to comply with the order dated 02.02.2016 made in this revision.

4. It is very unfortunate that in spite of number of extensions has been given by this Court, the learned Judge has not disposed of the E.P within the stipulated time and the reasons adduced by the learned Judge for extension are also not acceptable. However, as a last chance, the learned Judge is directed to proceed with E.P.No.12/2015 on day-to-day basis and dispose of the same within two months from today.
