Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief in this Writ Petition, at the time of placing submissions before this Court, he fairly conceded that the representation may be directed to be considered by the respondents.

In view of the above-said submission, there may not be much impediment for the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.01.2014.
