This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, directing the second respondent not to harass the petitioner, based on the complaint given by the third respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that complaint has been referred to the District Social Welfare Officer on 17.07.2018. Therefore, the allegation of the petitioner is not correct. 3.In view of the above, no further order is required in this Criminal Original Petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
