O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction against the respondents, particularly, the second respondent to grant patta in respect of Survey No.441/2 measuring 3.00 acres in Kottaiyur Village, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District.
2. The petitioner had obtained title consequent to the sale deed dated 04.08.2021 registered as Document No.4804/2021 in the jurisdictional Sub Registrar Office. The petitioner had given a representation dated 25.09.2021.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has received written instructions dated 25.04.2023 in Na.Ka.No.A6/7262/2022 from the Tahsildar, third respondent herein, wherein, it had been stated that an inspection had been conducted and the recommendation has been forwarded to the second respondent to grant patta.

In view of the same, a direction is issued to the second respondent to proceed further in the manner known to law and do the necessary needful both in accordance with the representation given by the petitioner and in accordance with the recommendation given by the third respondent. The entire exercise is to be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
