The Contempt Petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnors/respondents and punish them for their wilful disobedience of the order of this Court, in W.P.(MD). No.9499 of 2012, dated 29.11.2019.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.9499 of 2012, dated 29.11.2019, has been complied with.

3. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
