O R D E R

This Civil Revision petition has been filed by the petitioner to to direct the learned Rent Controller(District Munsif), Madurai Taluk, Madurai District to dispose of the above R.C.O.P.No.5 of 2015 within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. The petitioner filed a petition in R.C.O.P.No.5 of 2015 before the Rent Controller(District Munsif), Madurai under Section 10(2)(i) & 10(3)(i) of Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act 1960 on 18.06.2015. The aforesaid case has been adjourned from time to time and the same has been pending without any progress. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision petition before this Court, for earlier disposal of the R.C.O.P.

4. In view of the said submissions made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:- The learned Rent Controller (District Munsif), Madurai is directed to dispose the R.C.O.P.No.5 of 2015, (now pending before the District Munsif Court, Madurai) on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above directions, the Civil Revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
