This contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/respondent for his willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.411 of 2024 dated 11.01.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate submits that the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.411 of 2024 dated 11.01.2024 has been complied with and the case has already been transferred to the file of the Deputy Superintendent of Police and investigation is now conducted by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Samayanallur SubDivision, Madurai District as directed by this Court. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also produced the proceedings of the Superintendent of Police, Madurai in C.No.C1/6721434/65/2024 dated 03.04.2024.
