O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to give necessary direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.182 of 2019 and to file final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner is the wife of the victim. A case has been registered in Crime No.182 of 2019 on 10.09.2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 279 and 337 of IPC.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor requests this Court that one month time may be granted to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court.

4. Considering the request made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
