O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.DHANDAPANI, J.] The petitioner has filed this Habeas Corpus petition seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to secure her daughter/detenue namely Minor N.Priyadharsini, D/o.Nagaraj, aged about 17 years, produce her before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. The petitioner is the mother of the detenue and she went missing on 27.03.2025. Hence, the petitioner made a complaint on 28.03.2025 and based on the complaint, a case was registered under girl missing. Pursuant to the order

of this Court, the respondent police secured the minor girl and produced before this Court.

3. We have interacted with the minor girl and the minor girl submitted that since her mother decided to perform marriage at the age of 17 years, she went from the home and now, she is interested to go along with her father. The father and brother of the detenue appeared before this Court and they agreed to take care of the minor girl.

4. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed and the detenue viz., N.Priyadharsini, D/o.Nagaraj, aged about 17 years is permitted to go along with her father.
