ORDER
The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to conduct an enquiry and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2025 and consequently grant patta by modifying the Natham patta.
2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3. Considering the limited relief sought for by the writ petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry and pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2025. Subject to the final orders, the request of the petitioner for granting fresh patta by modifying the Natham patta may be accordingly considered. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
