Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RAGHAVENTHRE, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Since the petitioner is confined in jail, there is no necessity to grant further order in this petition. Hence, this petition is dismissed. 2.This Court suo-motu impleaded the Superintendant of Prison, Central Prison, Palayamkottai, as a party respondent. 3.The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title of the above Revision and list the suspension of sentence petition in Crl.MP (MD)No.7315 of 2023 on 21.09.2023.
