PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent police to forthwith file the final report in FIR in Crime No.58 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police dated 12.03.2018 or within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, directing the respondent police to forthwith file the final report in FIR in Crime No.58 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police dated 12.03.2018 or within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam, on 19.03.2018. The copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court. 3.In view of the above, no further order is required in this Criminal Original Petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to serve the copy of the said closure report to the petitioner in accordance with law.
