ORDER

The defendants are the revision petitioners herein. The respondent filed O.S.No.36 of 2008 on the file of the Sub Court, Kuzhithalai for recovery of money. In the said suit, the revision petitioners filed a counter. The suit is filed for declaration and recovery of possession of 'B' schedule property. Subsequently I.A.No.387 of 2015 was filed for appointing an Advocate Commissioner. The said Interlocutory Application was dismissed by the Court below. Challenging the said order, the Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that there is no dispute regarding the identity of the property as such. The report of the Advocate Commissioner is not going to assist the Court in any manner. Therefore, this Court finds no merit in the Civil Revision Petition. The same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.(MD) No. 9878 of 2016 is closed.
