Respondents in all W.P's Common Prayer:- Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant old age pension to the petitioners. For Petitioner : Mr.D.Ramesh Kumar (in all W.P's) For Respondents : Mr.M.Rajarajan (in all W.P's) Government Advocate COMMON ORDER In all these cases, the petitioners are seeking for a direction to the respondents to grant old age pension to them.

2. According to the petitioners, all of them were granted old age pension and all of a sudden, the authorities stopped paying the pension without assigning any reason and not passing any order. Therefore, the Writ Petitions are filed.

4. Accordingly all these Writ Petitions are disposed of, without expressing any view on the merits and the contentions raised in

these Writ Petitions, with a direction to the first respondent to consider the individual representation of the petitioners, dated 16.09.2014 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
