PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to release the petitioner's husband herein under parole for a period of 15 days in order to take medical treatment and to sell the property belonging to the petitioner's husband for giving adequate higher education facility to the petitioner's daughter in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 17.05.2022 within prescribed time fixed by this Court.
