Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.LAWRANCE, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.ANANDHARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J) This application has been filed seeking relaxation of conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.417 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.34 of 2020 dated 20.02.2020.
2.In the affidavit filed in support of the application, it has been stated that in pursuance of the order dated 20.02.2020, the petitioner was released from the Central Prison, Madurai and he had https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.4404 of 2020 been complying with the conditions from 26.02.2020 to 26.03.2020, however, subsequently, due to enforcement of lockdown due to covid - 19, he was not able to comply with the conditions. At present, he is complying the conditions.
3.The Statement of the petitioner has not been disputed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances and also the present pandamic situation, the earlier conditions dated 20.02.2020 imposed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.417 of 2020 has been modified directing the petitioner to report before the committal Court, namely, Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram, on the first working day of every month until further orders.
