ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.3795 of 2025, dated 28.02.2025.

2. Mr.B.Brijesh Kishore, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent- Police submits that the petitioners have been complying with the 1/3

condition without any violation.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in the said Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and condition Nos.7(iii & iv)) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.3795 of 2025, dated 28.02.2025 is hereby fully relaxed. The other conditions shall hold good.
