PRAYER in W.P.(MD)No.9718 of 2023: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned refusal check slip vide RFL/Murappanadu/22/2023 dated 11.04.2023 issued by the respondent and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent to register the sale deed presented by the petitioner for registration within the time fixed by this Court.
