ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify Condition No.7(iv) imposed on the petitioner, requiring the petitioner to appear and sign before the respondent-police twice a week, (i.e., every Monday and Friday) at 10:00 a.m., until further orders, as per the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2861 of 2025 dated 17.02.2025.

2. Mr.J.Jawahar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has deposited the entire amount of Rs.20,96,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs and Ninety Six Thousand only) in Crime No.40 of 2024 before the concerned Court. 1/3

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent- Police submits that the petitioner has appeared before the respondentPolice on nearly nine occasions without any violation.

4. In view of the substantial compliance made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to relax the condition No.7(iv) imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and condition No.7 (iv) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2861 of 2025, dated 17.02.2025 is hereby fully relaxed. The other conditions shall hold good.
