This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the satisfaction Court as Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai instead of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai in the order dated 26.03.2026 in Crl OP(MD) No.5733 of 2026,.

2. According to the petitioner, the satisfaction Court has been wrongly mentioned in the petition as Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai instead of Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, which has been reflected in the order, dated 26.03.2026. Hence, prays to allow the petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction before issuing a copy of the order to the parties concerned.
