ORDER
This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.3800 of 2025, dated 04.03.2025.
2. Mr.S.Malaikani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1/3
respondent-Police submits that the petitioners have complied with the condition regularly without any violation.
4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in the said Criminal Original Petition.
5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and condition No.7(vii) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.3800 of 2025, dated 04.03.2025 is hereby fully relaxed. The other conditions shall hold good.
