ORDER

The Writ Petition challenging the auction notice issued by the second respondent / Kottai Pattinam Panchayath by which shop market was leased out for the year 2014-15.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that already the lease period was over. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter.
