ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to consider his representation dated 11.03.2015 for sanctioning loan to the petitioner under self employment programme for youth for tourist vehicle.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the petitioner is eligible to get the loan, the third respondent bank, without any valid reason, returned the proposal sent by the second respondent and therefore, he made a representation to the first respondent to consider his claim.

3.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
