This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to direct the fourth respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the sixth respondent herein.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

3. But however, the learned counsel for the private respondents by filing additional typed set of papers would submit that based upon the enquiry undertaken by the police it was found that trespass was made by the petitioner and therefore, he objects to withdraw the petition.
4. The contention raised by the learned counsel for the private respondents cannot be taken into account at this stage. The complaint given by the petitioner has been closed after finding that the private respondents are in possession of the property. When permission has been sought for by the petitioner to withdraw, this cannot be rejected.
5. This petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties can work out their remedy if they so aggrieved.
