ORDER

The defendants in O.S.No.79 of 2015 on the file of the learned I-Additional District Judge, Thoothukudi are the revision petitioners herein. They filed I.A.No.153 of 2015 for rejecting of the plaint. The same was dismissed by order dated 27.04.2016. The same is questioned herein.

2. I am of the view that the order impugned in this Civil Revision Petition does not call for any interference. The contentions raised by the revision petitioners will have to be adjudicated only in the main suit. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of leaving open all the contentions of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ revision petitioners to be decided in the main suit, which will be disposed of without being influenced by the outcome of the present

proceedings. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
