O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the third respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute having by the petitioners with the fourth respondent and not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that based on 1/3

the complaint given by the fourth respondent, the third respondent police initiated an enquiry in C.S.R.No.268/2020 and after due enquiry, the same has been closed on 27.08.2020. According to him, as of now, no petition/complaint is pending against the petitioners.

3.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) is recorded.

4. Hence, it is made clear that now the complaint has been closed, the respondents police shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass them.

5.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
