O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent herein, not to interfere in a civil dispute, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 08.05.2021. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 06.08.2021, the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) has submitted that based upon the representation made by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.195 of 2021 and it came to be closed in view of the pendency of the civil suit.

3.The learned counsel for the third respondent has submitted that the third respondent has also given a complaint against the petitioner. Even today, there is no information with regard to the stage of the complaint.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that during the course of enquiry, both parties appeared before the Enquiry Officer and they have given a statement to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.OP(MD)No.8742 of 2021 effect that they will follow the Civil Court Judgment, which is pending in O.S.No.178 of 2017. Based upon that, both the complaints, came to be closed. Since the complaint given by the petitioner and the third respondent are closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
