ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.5095 of 2025, dated 20.03.2025.

2. Mr.S.Alaguraja, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent- Police submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions for nearly three weeks.

4. In view of the substantial compliance made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and condition No.7(iii) imposed by this Court in the order dated 20.03.2025 passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.5095 of 2025, is hereby fully relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent-Police as and when required for interrogation.
