2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the crime is of the year 2018 in C.C.No.259 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District.

3. Since the matter is of the year 2018, there shall be a direction to the trial court to dispose the case in C.C.No.259 of 2018 within a period of 5 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
