This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already, the father of the third respondent lodged a complaint as against the petitioner before the Sakkottai Police Station, for which, an FIR in Crime No.44 of 2025 was registered. While so, again the the third respondent sent a representation to the first respondent and the same was forwarded to the second respondent. After enquiry, the third respondent's representation was closed. The respondent police have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in this petition.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the main complaint itself was closed, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
