PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to call for the records in returning the unnumbered third party petition filed by the revision petitioner relating to the execution proceedings in E.P.No.239 of 2014 on the file of the III Additional District Court, Tiruchirappalli in Lok Adalat No.1307 of 2013 (Fast Track Court Magistrate Level), Thiruchengode, Namakkal District dated 23.11.2013 and set aside the same.
