This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the case in Crime No.157 of 2025 pending on the file of the first respondent police and Quash the same as against the petitioner.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Shenkottai, by way of e-filing in No.LTN.No.20220002176 C.No.202500271, dated 25.05.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Trial Court is directed to take the Final Report on file forthwith. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 2/4
