Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorari, calling for the impugned proceedings D1/R.P.No.6/2007 (L.Ref.) dated 1.12.2008 issued by the 1st Respondent herein and to quash the same as illegal.

ORDER:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. K.P.Narayanakumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.Baskaran, Additional Government Pleader for Respondents No.1 to 3,this Court made the following order:

It is reported that the petitioner has paid the cost of Rs.5,000/- to Kalaignar Centenary Library, as directed by this Court.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit, this petition is allowed and the writ petition is restored on file.

3. Post the writ petition for final hearing on 15.04.2024. The petitioner has to proceed with the writ petition on that day.
