RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS/DEFENDANTS PRAYER: THIS CIVIL REVISION PETITION is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to prefer this Memorandum of Grounds of Civil Revision Petition as against the Fair and Decretal order dated 22/03/2016 passed in I.A.No. No.1197 of 2015 in O.S.No.165 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Ambasamudram.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders on thisday and upon perusing the letter received from the the Principal District Munsif Court, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District in D.No.308 dated: 30/04/2019 forwarded by the Principal District Munsif, Ambasamudram for extension of One month time for disposal this Court made the following order:
By order dated 02.02.2016, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of E.P.No.12/2015, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.2967 dated 26.04.2019, whereby, stating some reasons, it requested further time of six months to comply with the order dated 02.02.2016 made in this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ revision.
3. There is no representation on the side of the petitioner.
4. It is very unfortunate that in spite of number of extensions has been given by this Court, the learned Judge has not disposed of the E.P within the stipulated time and the reasons adduced by the learned Judge for extension are also not acceptable. However, as a last chance, the learned Judge is directed to proceed with E.P.No.12/2015 on day-to-day basis and dispose of the same within two months from today.
