[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the petitioner's daughter Karishma, aged about 21 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.Heard Mr.I.Sabeer Mohamed, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Neelakandan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.Today, the detenue namely S.Karishma, appeared before this Court through video conferencing and stated that she married the fourth respondent on 23.08.2020 and now she is happily living with her husband, since then.

H.C.P.(MD) No.619 of 2020 4.In the light of the statement of the detenue, no further order is necessary in this Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
