2. Now, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Madurai, has sent a letter seeking extension of time to dispose of the case for a period of three months and has stated 1/3

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated therein, a period of three months is extended to dispose of the case in C.C.No.807 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.5, Madurai.
