Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that enquiry has been completed and that a charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court against the petitioners herein.

2. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet in accordance with law. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
