O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere in the civil dispute having by the petitioners with the third respondent's family in O.S.No.209 of 2014 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Melur.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent police initiated an enquiry in C.S.R.No.125/2020 and after due enquiry, the same has been closed on 12.05.2020. 4. Hence, it is made clear that now the complaint has been closed, the respondents police shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass them.

5.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
