For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.09 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 12 of POCSO Act 2012, in Crime No.9 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent. 3.The petitioner had earlier moved the anticipatory bail before this Court on 20.08.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8681 of 2020 and the same was dismissed. This is the second application for anticipatory bail.

4.Since there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
