Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to take necessary action against the 4th respondent by considering his representation dated 29.11.2012.

ORDER

Aggrieved over the election dispute, the petitioner has filed an election petition in O.P.No.4 of 2012 before the District and Sessions Judge, Trichy District. However, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the said O.P.No.4 of 2012 has already been disposed of, on 27.02.2015. 2.

On noticing the above-said submission, the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court to challenge the order dated 27.02.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Needless to state that it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 27.02.2015 in the manner known to law, if he so desires.
