earlier order of this Court dated 18.07.2024 and the requisition letter submitted by the Judge,Family Court(FAC),Theni,in D.No.467/2025 dated 04.07.2025 seeking further extension of time for disposal of the case in H.M.O.P.No.111 of 2024 on the file of the Family Court, Theni, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the cases in H.M.O.P.No.111 of 2024 and H.M.O.P.No.530 of 2024 (H.M.O.P.No.174 of 2020).

2.This Court, by order, dated 18.07.2024 directed the Court below to dispose of the cases in H.M.O.P.No.111 of 2024 and H.M.O.P.No.530 of 2024 (H.M.O.P.No.174 of 2020) as early as possible within a period of six months therefrom. Now, the Court below seeks further time to dispose of the said case. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, two months time is granted for disposing the cases in H.M.O.P.No.111 of 2024 and 2/4
