Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ or order especially in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to release the petitioners Lorry bearing Registration No. TN 69 - D - 3609 Tipper Lorry and JCB bearing reg.no. TN 59 CX 2090 by considering the petitioner representation dated 24/05/2021 within the time limit stipulated by this Honble Court and pass any other order or orders as this Honble my deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

An identical issue has been considered by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3998 of 2021, to which one of us (Hon'ble Mrs. Justice S.Ananthi) was a party, and the same was closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. In tune with the order of the Division Bench, if the petitioner herein files a petition before the jurisdictional designated Court, such Court shall dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law.
3. In the light of the above order, the writ petition stands disposed of with similar observations made in W.P.(MD).No.3998 of 2021. No costs.
