PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to grant permission and protection to conduct the "Aadalum Paadalum" dance program on 02.06.2022 in pursuant to the Urchava Vizha of Arulmigu "Sri Sakthikaliamman Thirukkovil Festival", the above said program is to be conducted at Kottaikaranpatty Village in Dindigul District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.05.2022.
