ORDER

Heard Mr.P.Ranjithraja, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.S.Prakash, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the third respondent.

2.The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey with the aid of the third respondent Officials. The petitioner has made an application on 25/3/2025.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner has to pay additional charges of Rs.4,000/- for the survey to be conducted. 2/5

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is willing to remit necessary charges. 5.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of in the following terms:

i) The petitioner shall remit a sum of Rs.4,000/- within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. ii) On such payment, the first respondent with the assistance of the second respondent and if necessary with the aid of the third respondent shall proceed to conduct survey and demarcate the petitioner's property as sought for in her application dated 25.03.2025. iii) The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
