Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records in relating to the impugned orders in Na.Ka.A7/0221/2022 dated 24.01.2022 passed by the third respondent herein and quash the same as arbitrary and illegal and violation of consequently direct the respondents to give compassionate appointment to the post of Noon Organiser by considering the petitioners eligibility herein.
