RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.OP.(MD).No. 5195 of 2020 dated 07.05.2020 on the file of this Hon`ble Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MALAIKANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.E.VERONICA VINCENT, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court.

2.This Court, by an order dated 07.05.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD) No.5195 of 2020, directed the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court on or before 05.06.2020.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to pandemic situation he was not able to surrender the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar, within the prescribed time. Hence, he seeks extension of time to surrender the sureties before the concerned Court. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, time is extended by Two weeks from today and the petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below on or before 17.09.2020 and also directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the credit of the Missionaries of Charity Nirmala Shishu Bhavan, (Boys and Girls Home), No.26/79, West Madha Church Road, Royapuram, Chennai-600 013 (South Indian Bank, George Town, Saving Account No.0042053000009382, IFSC Code: SIBL0000042) without prejudice to his rights and contention before the trial Court. sd/- 03/09/2020 / TRUE COPY / / /2020 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
